Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

For orders placed during major holiday periods (such as November–December), we may offer an extended return window. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on our website or order confirmation.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of wear

  • Items must not be altered in any way

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Non-defective items

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Items that have been opened, used, or worn

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at service@ruguolabel.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • The reason for the request

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with approval and instructions.

  3. Once approved, securely pack your item and ship it to the return address provided below.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Return & Exchange Shipping Fees

We offer free returns and free exchanges.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    → A prepaid return label will be provided

  • For all other returns or exchanges (including change of mind or sizing issues):
    → Return shipping is also covered by us

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees (0%)

Exchanges

We support exchanges for eligible items.

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

In some cases, we may recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a faster process.

Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit if they are shipped without tracking.

If your return is lost:

  • Please provide proof of shipment (receipt or tracking number)

  • We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
