Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended.
Transit Time & Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
United States (Domestic):
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or carrier-related issues.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:
Free Shipping:
Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee:
Orders between $0 – $59.99 are charged a flat rate of $7.99.
Additional charges may apply in certain situations, including:
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Oversized or heavy packages
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders with delivery addresses outside of the United States cannot be processed.
If an international order is placed due to system error, it will be canceled and fully refunded.
Carriers & Tracking
We work with trusted domestic logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL (Domestic Services Only)
Once your order has been shipped:
- A tracking number will be sent to your email
- You may also track your order through your account (if registered)
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Restricted Shipping Areas
We currently ship to most locations within the United States.
However, delivery may be unavailable in certain remote or restricted areas due to carrier limitations.
If your location is not supported, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions or supply chain issues
If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Photos (if applicable)
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Local Pickup & Other Options
At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup or local delivery.
All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
